Eurit performs its mining activity in areas of great nature value: Isola D'Elba, Porto Azzurro (Leghorn) and AltaMaremma of Tuscany, Roccastrada (Grosseto).

Environmental policy is a significant constituent of the sustainable development, it is synonymous with long-term conservation of natural basis of life and with the highest protection of the environment from pollution damage insofar as possible

Eurit reconciles mining with safeguard and respect for the territory.
Eurit restores the environment by re-using disused sites stabilising the scarps and making them green again according to with the cultivation projects approved by competent authorities.

Soil, water and air protection and conservation are the primary targets of Eurit during all mining stages: Eurit made the commitment to safeguard the natural and cultural heritage of the places where the company is working.
